CONVEYOR BELTS

Wire mesh conveyor belts are used in mechanised transport, they help speed up work and make it easier. They are used whenever classical conveyor belts cease to fulfil their function. Articles transported by wire mesh conveyor belts may be of diverse weights, sizes, rigidity, moisture content and aggressive properties.
These belts can be used in temperatures ranging from -50°C to +1 200°C, in lines complying with strict hygienic requirements or, on the other hand, in demanding and hot environment. Selecting a suitable belt in appropriate quality will ensure meeting such requirements.

Materials

Belts are made from low (mild) carbon or carbon, corrosion and heat resistant semi-products. If a customer asks for surface treatment, we can supply galvanised wire or the whole segments may be galvanised or furnished with copper coating. As a standard, welds in belts from galvanised steel are treated by metallic spraying. Newly, we can furnish your belt with Teflon coating, which is also suitable for food industry. Nowadays, it is also possible to make belts from special abrasion resistant manganese steel.

Decide about the dimensions, material or shade of the surface finish to your liking and we will fabricate the selected perforated material to suit you. We have a great variety of production tools to help us readily accommodate to all your requirements. If none of our tools is good for you, we will make a new one in our tool shop as needed.
